Islamic mentorship and education.
Beautiful Hardship provides Islamic mentorship and educational guidance only. This is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment or medical advice. Eqbal Almadhrahi is not acting in the capacity of a licensed therapist, counselor or medical provider during these sessions.
A women-only space.
All sessions and consultations are held exclusively for women. No men may be present or permitted during meetings or sessions in any capacity.
Appropriate referrals.
If your needs go beyond the scope of mentorship, Eqbal may discuss a referral to a licensed, women-only therapist. Mentorship does not replace the care you may need from a qualified medical or mental-health professional.
Emergency support.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, please contact 911 or a licensed professional immediately. Beautiful Hardship is not an emergency or crisis-response service.
Religious resources.
Qur’anic passages and transmitted supplications are shown with references. English wording explains the meaning; it does not replace the Arabic text of the Qur’an. Reflections are labeled separately from scripture and hadith.
