24 hours’ notice.
To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice through the booking platform or business email, so your time slot can be offered to someone else.
A 15-minute grace period.
There is a 15-minute grace period for every session. If you have not joined within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, or miss your session without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be marked as a no-show.
No-show sessions are non-refundable, and a new appointment will need to be booked separately.
Kindness in return.
Eqbal Almadhrahi makes every effort to begin on time and kindly asks for the same 15-minute grace in return. Every woman’s circumstances are different, and emergencies sometimes need our attention first.
