Booking may involve your name, contact information, appointment details and payment status. Intake and consent forms include information you choose to share about your goals and circumstances. Please provide only what is relevant to mentorship.
What is it used for?
Information is used to arrange sessions, send appointment communications, understand your mentorship goals, record your consent and maintain private session notes.
Scheduling, payments and meetings.
Connected scheduling, payment and video providers process information needed for their services under their own privacy policies. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, rather than entered into a Beautiful Hardship intake form.
Private records.
Intake submissions and session notes are not publicly displayed. Administrative access is restricted to the site owner and authorized personnel. No client-facing tracker is provided.
